The Hotel itself is clean, spacious and rooms are clean and comfortable with nice hair care, lotion and soap products. Pretty nice drive once you clear the city limits. Hinckley is a small town with lots of fast food places right off 35W north, about 1 hour and 25 minutes from the twin cities. The RV grounds appeared very nice but the Chalets need much updating. Considered going home prior to spending the night. Security patroled very often and the shuttle was also by every couple minutes, but it was a very short walk to the casino. The attached deck was weathered and the grill dirty. Could use a coffee table to set a drink on, at least. The commercial carpet was very dark and non-homey. The bedroom tv was very small and the cable kept going out for a minuite or so at a time. The room it had no furniture except for a small shelf attached to the wall on either side. The bed felt cheap and there was no headboard.
I was in a non-smoking unit so it did not smell of smoke, but still it did smell.possibly because it appeared pets are freely allowed.
They were very small and sparsely furnished.
The Chalets are small trailer-like units in the RV Resort.
